For me there’s no such thing as bad pão de queijo, but Lua’s are as perfect as it gets. Cheesy, soft inside, crunchy outside. It’s also a potluck life saver, I just keep some in the freezer and whenever I need to bring something on the fly, I just put them in the oven. It’s always a big hit.

A perfect little snack, what does it for me is the texture. It’s a really good combination of chewy/​cheesy/​melty, it’s hard to describe other than being tasty. Unique for sure, I’ll be coming back for more :)

The best pao de queijo in the US by far! Kind of crunchy on the outside and soft inside. So good! You can’t stop eating! I have been bringing it to potluck dinners and parties and people simply love it. I have never brought back a single roll. They disappear into thin air (or into stuffed bellies)!

This bread was many years in the perfecting, and as a friend who suffers with gluten-​intolerance, I lucked into being chosen as a taste-​tester! I was very impressed by Christiano’s attention to recipe perfection, and this cheese bread is truly devine. Great for getting stick-​to-​your-​ribs food into a kiddo with gluten-​intolerance or celiac, too. Such a yummy doughy texture, hurray for stretchy bread again!

So delishious! Never would have known it is gluten free! Christiano had a booth at the farmers market in Austin. He had freshly baked cheese bread and had stock to sell. I can’t do it justice… You’ve got to try it!
