I went in to get my fiancé’s engagement ring re-​sized. Victor was the gentlemen that I met at the counter. He was very polite and even noticed that the center stone of the ring was loose as well. He gave me a very reasonable ETA and quote. The job ended up taking longer than he had anticipated and as a result, he only asked for a fraction of the original quote.
Great customer service and awesome employees. Definitely give this place a shot anytime you need anything jewelry related done.

I went in for a watch battery replacement and was greeted by a very friendly, knowledgable and efficient mother and son. Fair prices and good quick service.

Fiesta isn’t normally the first place I would think to get my watch repaired but this place didn’t disappoint! So fast and such great service. Would definitely recommend.

They are inside Fiesta. Turn left at the entrance and they are second jewelry store, back in the left corner.
Prompt greeting and service. Needed my watch battery changed ($ 10+tax; some are $ 7+tax depending on battery type needed) and a screw my husband stripped replaced ($ 5+tax).
All in all I spent $ 16.24 and was in and out in 10 minutes.
Ms. Lu was very nice. Her son changed the battery. Family owned and located there for 20+ years. Recommend if you need service.

There is something not completely annoying about changing a watch battery. I think its the reminder that I don’t wear an apple watch.
Lu’s is definitely where I take my watches. Very nice folks there, and they turn your watch around faster than you can walk the aisles at Fiesta. I left with a functioning watch and a huge bag of fluffy tortillas. what could be better?

Nice, family owned business. Been here for 20 years. Victor fitted my watch super fast for about $ 7. Plus they are open on Sunday!

I found this place on Unilocal and the 5 star reviews were spot on for this cozy jewelry shop inside of Fiesta Market. My regular jeweler closed at 5 and I just had to get my new watch fitted. I waited 7 weeks for it in the mail and finally it came so I looked for a shop that was open. I called Victor up and he said to cruise by. (Now there are 2 shops inside Fiesta make sure you go to the second one). I was nervous to hand over my watch not knowing what would happen next and before I could take a deep breath he was all done. Victor at Lu’s Jewelry is my new go to for watch batteries, repair, and definitely jewelry cleaning. Thanks for great service and making me feel so comfortable. I am going to recommend Lu’s to everybody! This place is grade A++

Awesome, quick, and affordable service! I had 7 battery watches replaced and one wrist band repaired for a watch.
It’s in the Fiesta grocery store. When you walk in make a left, Walk past the first jewelry store and it’s on your left!
From what I learned:
–Family owned for about 20years

First of all, this place is inside Fiesta Mart, so don’t be confused or put off by google maps. There are two jewelry places inside. Walk past the first one to Lu’s Jewelry.
I have had three items fixed here, all for exceptionally reasonable prices and all turned around very quickly. Ms. Lu and her staff were able to resize a ring, fix a broken earring post, and get me a new watch battery. The earring and the ring look great, and I’m glad to have my watch in working condition again! I will trust them with any other repairs I might need. I’ve been looking for a jewelry repair/​watch battery place in Austin for a while now and had been disappointed until I found this place. Everyone who works here that I’ve talked to has been really nice.
There’s lots of fun gold jewelry to browse, too, but so far my experience is with repairs. This place is great.

****Inside Fiesta****
I highly recommend this place. Family owned for over 20years and they know customer service. They also know their craft. I had watches that needed batteries and when done they gave me a tip on how to save on replacing the batteries. Very few businesses will tell you how to save money that results in less business for them.
You won’t be disappointed, go see Ms. Lu!!!

Ms. Lu and her son, Victor are very sweet.
They also charged me less than half of what other jewelry repair shops were asking for the same service.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone and I will be going back to them in the future.
