I own Shaved Ice Island, a dessert truck here in Austin. I contacted Manon’s to get started because a commissary is required for mobile food vendors.
But what I found was a clean, professional environment and a group of friendly, hard-​working people who all want each other to succeed! Everyone here helped taste test when I was experimenting with various recipes (especially Horchatas and Picadillys!) I will definitely be using Manon’s for all of my future food-​related endeavors.

Yummy enchiladas! There’s not much seating as this is essentially a shared commercial kitchen. I wandered here for lunch after dropping my car off at Discount Tire and was very satisfied with my meal!
