Was here for the first time for Rotor replacement and Break service. Don offered the best price in the market and took great care of my car.
I was planning a road trip so wanted to make sure the every thing is working fine, he changed the engine oil and did not charge any thing extra. The whole job took less then an hour. Surly best experience I had so far.

The service was phenomenal. I went in for an oil change and was greeted by Don — who was extremely helpful and friendly — and even gave me one of his Tiff’s Treat’s cookies.
This place has been around for 30+ years so that should tell you something about how well the service is.
Great place. Great Service. Friendly people. Will be back again and will recommend this establishment to more of my friends.

No complaints here. Made an appointment online, in and out quickly. The price was very reasonable for the work done– actually LESS than I expected. I’ll be back the next time I need work done.

These guys have been servicing our cars for several years. They don’t BS you like other auto shops.

Don has been honest, prompt and hardworking. I have never felt cheated or that parts were being pushed which weren’t necessary. He’s always taken the time to answer my questions and treated me with respect. I’ve been here twice so far and will definitely be back for their oil changes and (hopefully not often) car repair.

This is about as good as it gets for this kind of shop. Don, who I believe to be the GM, is a straight shooter. Not overly friendly, which I respect, this business is about solving problems NOT selling. This location, in my experience has done just that.
I am in a band and drive a 2000 Ford E-​350. It was on an air-​ride suspension. The bags were flat and it rode like hell. Numerous other mechanics/​shops had told me I needed a new air ride system etc. Don and his crew solved my problem simply. Because it had been on bags, the leaf springs were still pretty fresh. For nothing but a very nominal labor fee, my van is riding great.
They also welded my exhaust pipe back, when it fell, for $ 25, which was half what Midas, two doors down, asked. Very fair folks, in my experience. I’ll continue to do business here.

I took my van, that I use for my business, in tohave the oil changed and get the brakes checked. They told me it needed the calipars, rotors, and pads changed ont eh brakes. Since this is for my business and I try and keep it repaired well I agreed. We set up n appointment to have the work done. They told me it would take a few hours. I had to schedule tog et no work done on my business that day, costing me money, and we took the van in. We arrived and were told their lead mechanic called in sick so they could not do our work because instead of my almost $ 1000 repair they’d rather consentrate on oil changes??? We rescheduled for the next day, costing me another day of work and were promised a 10% discount by the mechanic. We returned the next day and were told again it would take 3 hours at the most and they would call us when it was ready, this was at 9am. We received a call at almost 5 in the evening asking if we were going to come pick our car up, no call informing us when it was ready. AT this point it was to late to make it there before they closed so we had to pick itup this next morning. We arrived and went to pay the bill and NO DISCOUNT. We were informed the owner said he doesn’t do that and we would have to pay full price. Then to topit off I get a form letter email thanking me for my patronage. All attempts to reach the owner via phone and email have been unanswered.
THIS PLACE IS AWFL, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT GO HERE.

I am a repeat customer to this Meineke. At the beginning of May, I brought my car in to check out a brake issue. They tested it and told me I needed new rear breaks. My car is pretty old so my father likes to get the parts at the dealer to keep it consistent. I got the rear rotors and pads and they installed them. Price was reasonable and all was well.
About two weeks later, I noticed that my car was doing the same thing it had been doing when i brake. So of course, I bring it back and they give it a more thorough check and say that I need new tight end rods and to have my front breaks machined. I ask them why it wasn’t seen the first time and they basically told me that it was just something they didn’t see the first time around. (eye roll, ok. fine) So again I let my father know the situation and we order all the parts. Now most of the men who work there know my face and I have told them numerous times that we are trying to keep the parts consistent which is why I bring it to them in order to be installed. I bring them back today and they start working on my car. Two hours in they tell me that the pads that were ordered were the wrong ones for my car. At this point I have been back and forth too many times and just want my brakes in order. We agree to let them use their pads. My father is reluctant but agrees that we should just get it done. They finish and i leave.
I immediately went to return the break pads at Honda, the guy at the counter says he remembers my car and talking to my dad about the parts he ordered. He informs me that the pads that were ordered were DEFINITELY the right ones and that Don (the mechanic at Meineke) lied most likely so he could charge me more since I wasn’t getting my parts from him.
What truly bothers me about this situation is that Don lied to my face. I will NEVER go back there because it is ridiculous that you would lie to a customer who has used your services on more than one occasion (i also got a new muffler here a year ago). I no longer trust them to run an honest business.

Went in for an estimate; they called me in less than an hour with specific tasks that needed to be done and the exact cost of the labor and parts. Gave me an estimate that it would take two hours, and Don called saying the car was ready in about an hour and a half. Their price was more than 50% less than the cost NTB quoted me. No upselling, no pressure, just good service and car repair. And there are lots of restaurants within a block to kill time, including a McDonald’s across the street.

I needed my car serviced on a budget, so I called the dealership before I took it in to see how much it would cost. The price they quoted me seemed really high, so I called Meineke instead. The guy there (Don, I think) gave me a rough estimate over the phone that was a lot less than the dealership’s, so I took it in. The repair was pretty quick, and in the end, they charged me even less than the estimate. These guys are alright!

Don helped me with a catalytic converter at a great price and let me know when to bring in my vehicle for the least wait time. Wonderful!

These people are honest and respectful. Their prices are reasonable and they are very timely with their services. Definitely will be coming back here!

Honest and will talk it out with you every time. I appreciate that they trust I’ll come back and giving them business, so they don’t feel they have to squeeze everything out of me each visit. I’ll keep going to these guys as long as it’s the same crew working there. Def recommended.

I decided to use the Burnet Rd Meineke Car Care Center due to the good reviews here and I am glad that I did. They did a great job at a fair price and it only took an hour and a half to fix my brakes. BRAVO! My brakes work better than they ever have.
