I have seen Dr. Woolwine for many years. He is a wonderful dentist, and his staff is exceptional. Whenever anyone mentions needing a dentist this is the office I trust, and am proud to refer to because I know they’ll get the best care.

I have been to several dental offices over the past few years. I have always received overpriced estimates on all the work that needed to be done on my teeth. At the same time I have always received lukewarm customer service from the office staff.
Yesterday I visited Dr Woolvine’s office and I must say that I was extremely impressed with the high level of service I received. From the booking of the appointment, I was impressed with the communication received including receiving the paperwork via e-​mail. Nothing is more annoying than filling out paperwork while waiting for an appointment. I got to fill this out at my convenience. I also received a text message reminder of my appointment which was impressive.
The girl at the front desk (I believe her name was Marlene) was very friendly, attentive, and professional. She outlined the payment options available and even e-​mailed me a treatment plan so I can have a backup copy.
The rest of the staff was also very warm and you got the impression that they truly care about their patients. I immediately felt comfortable with the entire staff because they were extremely knowledgeable and informative and were also very fun to talk to. Being honest I have dealt with alot of robotic dental staffs in the past but this was definitely not the case here. Dr Woolvine came up with a great plan and for the first time in several years, I was very motivated to get my work taken care of asap. He came up with a great schedule. What was most impressive was that it was very affordable. In the past, I have never gone through with the cleanings and fillings because of the high out of pocket expense I was charged. Now I can schedule everything with confidence and I am looking forward to finally getting my teeth taken care of.
I work in customer service so I have VERY high standards. I must say Dr Woolvine’s great staff exceeded all my expectations. I will be referring all my friends to set up appointments there. Thanks again, I really enjoyed my visit! :)

Dr. Woolwine is the best! I went to him from ages, oh, 8 through 24 or so, and I’d still be going if I still lived in Austin. He and his staff are friendly, good about explaining what they are doing, and best of all, they are REALLY EXCITED ABOUT TEETH. Dr. Woolwine keeps up on his dental knowledge and is always telling us about cool stuff he learned at the last conference he attended.
They are great with kids, too. I went to a scary/​creepy dentist once when I was little (before we found Dr. Woolwine), so I was a little scared before I went to my first appointment at this office, but I left cured of all dental apprehension.
My family has recommended Dr. Woolwine to a number of other families over the years with great success. Highly recommended!

i’ve gone to Dr. Woolwine’s office for about ten years now, and as long as i live in austin i will continue to go to here. they’ve treated me and my entire family so well over the years – they look at their clients as people, not just teeth.
parking is fine, they have a big lot, so don’t worry about having to park in the street. i have never had to wait more than 15 minutes for my appointment, and usually it’s more like 5 minutes.
my oral hygienist, Amanda, is the best! she was working farther north for a few years, but now she’s back! she’s the friendliest, sweetest hygienist. she doesn’t make you feel guilty if your teeth aren’t in the best shape, but she does give you realistic goals, like flossing every few days instead of FLOSS EVERY NIGHT OR YOUR TEETH WILL FALL OUT!
i’ve never had a bad experience here. i don’t dread going to the dentist; i know they’ll take good care of me.
