Mobile Lockouts

If I could give them negative stars, I would. When I called for a timeframe and quote, dispatch told me 20 – 25 mins to arrive, $ 25 service fee and $ 25/​hr labor to open my front door. The locksmith called me ~7 mins later to confirm. She said the service fee was actually $ 29 (ok, perhaps I misheard), but confirmed the labor was $ 25. She said it would take about 10 mins longer to reach my location than originally quoted.
An hour later, she finally showed up and said it would be $ 140 to open my door (in addition to the $ 29 service fee). When I asked what happened to the $ 25 I was quoted, she said that was the cost to purchase a bicycle lock. Uh… What?! When I pointed out that not only she but her dispatcher quoted $ 25 based on my detailed description of the door AND lock type, she blamed dispatch for their ignorance. When I refused to pay that ridiculous amount, she called her manager and they agreed to waive the service fee and only charge $ 80 for everything. If it weren’t pouring down rain and I weren’t stuck outside with my computer, I would have told her, «Good Day, Sir!»
Icing on the cake, as she was picking my lock (took 3 whole mins), she went on an anti-​semitic rant.
I strongly advise using any other company. A brick would have been better.
