After getting screwed by our Sprint bill every month with their costly plans, add-on fees, and substandard 4G network, the hubby and I terminated our contract. We decided to go contract-free this time. After researching all the different offerings, we decided on MetroPCS. Their $ 40 plan covered all our bases. We have two lines so our bill totals at a simple $ 70/mo. They run on the T-mobile network so the coverage is decent. No roaming included, but that is not a problem for us. The two employees who helped us were friendly and knowledgeable. They also knew how to multi-task, and did a good job attending to customers. There was one other customer in store when we arrived and two others customers by the time we left some 45 minutes later.
