Mold Inspection & Testing

If I could give this company less than one star, I would. They were to complete a mold protocol on a home I operate. First, it took them weeks to get the report to us. Then once I received it, the only thing I received was a lab report that identified mold, but didn’t provide a protocol to deal with it. Every mold remediation company I had to review the report were confused by it; several of the companies tried to talk to the person who completed the testing to no positive end. So, I had to contact another company, to complete the appropriate testing and protocol before any mold remediation company would come and repair the problem. I lost so much time and money dealing with these people it was ridiculous. If you call them and think their pricing is fair, think again.

I had to add these guys just to write this review. I found them on another review site, where they had great reviews. So just wanted to say — Avoid!
I had them come test a house for mold. We were planning to purchase it shortly and our inspector found some evidence of mold. We had a tight timeline to get testing and remediation done before closing. They came out and tested… And then nothing. I called a few days later (a Friday) and they said no results yet.
I called Tuesday and they said the results were done the previous week. I said great, please send them to me. They forwarded me the lab report. I didn’t realize it wasn’t a full report until I read it that night.
The next day I called and asked for my (promised) full explanatory report of the results. They said they’d get back to me.
The next day I called again. They said they’d call back. Finally the next day, over a week and a half later, someone walked me through the lab report orally. I never received a promised general findings report. I never received a remediation plan. It took much longer than the promised «1 – 3 business days.» They were, at best curt and at worst rude on the phone.
I would never recommend these people.
