Mornings in the Nest Montessori

This is a truly beautiful, intimate, in-​home program for very young children. If you are lucky enough that there is a place for your child here and the schedule works with yours, you have a wonderful opportunity. Theresa is truly gifted in working with children and communicating with parents. She is constantly improving the environment to bring out the best in each child. Mornings in the Nest enriched the life of my son and our family.

Mornings in the Nest is a Montessori based pre-​school for kids that are 16 – 36 months. Theresa Garcia is the owner/​main teacher and she is amazing. She has way with children that reminds you that some people were just meant to work with children. She also has a M. Ed from UT and is AMI certified. The school is very small so you wind up with a level of personal attention for your kid that you just won’t find in most schools.
If you have researched pre-​schools you know most Montessori schools don’t accept children under three. So finding a place that is based on Montessori that accepts children under three is a real treat. The school is a nice balance of Montessori «work» and play. Our daughter really loved the school and everyone she met there. Our daughter is now 3 and at another Montessori, but she still talks about Theresa and all the friends she made at Morning in the Nest.
