Never answer, never return calls, rude office manager. After reading the reviews it seems their reputation has remained the same for quite a few years.

We had a problem with the liner of our pond with losing water. I stopped by at Native Waterscapes. They came out two days later, found the problem, repaired the liner and left a very nice message saying it was fixed and they would come by one week later to make sure there was no leaks. They did and there were no leaks. Very happy with their service.

Stopped by with my husband, told them our pool needed repairs and it is a copy of Hamilton Pool. Needs stone repair and we want to extend the deck to allow for more seating. Julie took our name and number for someone to contact us. No contact. Called and spoke with Julie again, someone would call me that afternoon. Three days later, still no contact. Moving on. To bad, they are walking distance to our house.

I’ve been out a couple of times and if you find someone there, they can be helpful. Most of the time they don’t answer the phone and don’t return calls or emails. The staff apparently is well aware that the secretary (Julie) doesn’t respond to messages and customers complain on a regular basis, yet the beat goes on.
It appears to require an act of Congress or «Occupy Native Waterscapes» for anyone to return my call. I’m simply not willing to do business with a company that treats its potential customers and even existing customers that way. If I did the same to mine I wouldn’t have any. It doesn’t matter how good their work is if you can’t get ahold of them.

We just had a fountain feature added to our front yard by Native Waterscapes. I felt confident at the outset that the guys who would be doing the work knew what they were doing… but they exceeded my wildest expectations. Kris came up with a design for the placement of the pot being used for the fountain that incorporated large boulders and river rocks to create a dry creek that is just fantastic.
They arrived when they promised and worked incredibly hard to complete the job. We were very impressed and would definitely recommend them.
