Ramin is a lemon dealer and a crook. Had to replace the battery and alternator. Think he may have tampered with the mileage. May have a problem with the rear axle. He won’t send the title, he takes the money you pay for tax, title and registration and pockets it. This guy needs to be in prison.

Here’s an update: When I bought the vehicle, I paid this dealer about $ 400 for tax, title and license. I received my title and plates eventually. But a year later, when it was time to renew my registration, the county wouldn’t let me. Why? Because the dealer wrote a hot check to the county for my registration, along with registrations for about 4 other people. I had to pay the $ 400 to the county AGAIN to make my registration current. It was my understanding that the guy was about to be arrested. They said if he made good on the debt, that the county would issue me a refund. I’m not holding my breath. But it’s official. He is a crook.

WARNING: do NOT buy from NBZ auto sales! We were sold a car that the transmission went out on less than 2 months after buying it. WORST customer service. He yelled at us after selling us a lemon. He should not even be allowed to sell cars! Please save yourself from the nightmare of dealing with Ramin. I’m really upset that I even have to give 1 star because he doesn’t even deserve that.

Stay AWAY from these shysters!
Like the other reviewers, if I could give zero stars I would.
We were sold a car without a legal title. We have been trying for over 5 months to get the title so we can get the license plates. Now they are no longer answering our phone messages or emails.
They have no sense of morality or ethics. It’s all about making a buck.
This dealer is as crooked as the day as long!

If there were a way to give 0 stars then that’s what would happen here. Dude will lie through his teeth to sell you a car, he will falsify anything he possibly can and will not fix what he says he will fix. STAY AWAY!!!
