Run! This company is a total bait and switch. You can’t find their actual name online as they go by different ones in different areas. Read the few reviews you can find and it’s the same story. They came and quoted me a price. I am in CT and was speaking with the company in Texas, not the local address online. I had to call 5 times and spoke with the owners son to get an actual service contract. Long story short, they not only wouldn’t uphold the quote on the service contract, but wanted to charge me $ 500 more for their error. I“m out a whole week of time, and hours of speaking with useless people over the phone. I’m starting from scratch with a local company. I’ve never experienced anything like this from a reputable company. Leaving me to believe they are not!
