My father passed away on October 22, 2015. He had his plan through Neptune Society. They were awesome! The caring for my dad’s body and for me and my family was very reassuring. I would use them for myself for sure. Chris Tatia is the best.

This Neptune society takes way too long to refund the monies back to customers after they have cancelled their contracts.
First they want a notorized letter cancelling the contract.
Then you have to wait another month for them to send you another letter giving you instructions of how to send the creamation box back. Then it’s another month to get my money back of $ 549.
Their process is long and dragged out for the consumer. Do not sign up with Neptune Society. It is a long and frustrating drag and waste of time.
