I don’t often write reviews, but really appreciate this place so needed to leave one!
My expensive, stinky Samsung front load washing machine broke for the 3^rd time one afternoon. After another $ 89 service call and an $ 1100 estimate to fix it, I was done. I had some circumstances going on and was unable to do the usual amount of research and shopping for new appliances. Also, with the kids home from school, and laundry piled up, I needed something quickly!
I did a pass through Craigslist but was overwhelmed. After an internet search I stumbled on Neu Appliances. I started up an online chat conversation with Scott and told him I was going on ‘good faith’. I told him I wanted a top load, reliable set in great condition and asked for the best set he had for the price. He pointed me to a Whirlpool set and had them at my house that afternoon. The service /​install team couldn’t have been more helpful! The set was great for the money and I was extremely satisfied with the purchase. Both were in fantastic condition and they couldn’t have been more clean. They also came with a 30 day guarantee.
A few days later the washing machine spin cycle stopped working. My first thought was ‘great…’. I called Scott and he had Cory to my house that afternoon. He not only looked at the broken machine, but since he had to take it into the shop he installed a loaner machine!!! A day later they called and told me a nickel from my daughter’s laundry had found its way to pump and it was fixed and ready to be delivered back. Corey installed the fixed washer, ensured it worked by waiting for a cycle to complete, and took away the loaner.
I would highly recommend this place. Honestly, you just don’t find places like this anymore. They’re fair, straight forward, and have great customer service! Plus, why pay full price when you can purchase gently used/​or scratch-​and-​dent appliances for a deep discounted price? I’ll continue to use these guys in the future and have already referred others.

I was in the market for a pre-​owned stainless steel refrigerator with french doors. This type of fringe brand new is very expensive and was out of my budget. I was referred to Scott at Neu Appliances through a friend of mine. I told Scott what i was looking for and what my budget was. Not only did he have the inventory in stock, he had a couple different manufacturers to choose from. I trusted his knowledge and recommendation on the fridge to choose. I’m a extremely happy customer and have nothing but great things to say about Scott. Not many businesses that you can deal directly with the owner anymore. I highly recommend Neu Appliances to anyone in the used appliance market.

We recently bought a house and needed a refrigerator but didn’t want to spend an arm and a leg. We went to Scott and told him what we were looking for and he was able to show us exactly what we wanted. French door, stainless frig with ice/​water dispenser in great shape… only a few minor dings for way less than a brand new one. Sold! Works great and Scott was very easy to work with. Will not hesitate to go back if/​when we ever need to make any other appliance purchases.

I bought a foreclosure with no appliances and had spent all my money on a down payment. After looking though page after page of Craigslist adds I found Neu and got a full kitchen set and washer and dryer that were way better than I thought I could afford. The service was top notch, I opted for delivery for everything and it was same day and on time. Thanks Neu I will definitely recommend to my friends and family.
