I’ve lived at Nichols Park for the past 3 years and absolutely love it. It’s in a great neighborhood, rents are affordable and the staff is amazing!

Dripping Springs, TX
The apartment complex looks well kept. The location is next to the Hampton Branch Library. The downside is that management doesn’t seem to address issues in a timely manner. My friend has been at the apartments for 2 months. The microwave is broken and for 2 months, the apartment complex management has not replaced it or even provided a loaner. Therefore, if you live here, you may be paying full price without receiving full benefits.
