Don’t bother spending $ 4 – 5 for a tiny portion of cheesecake, drab cheesecake at that, mushy crust, runny, canned whipping cream. Waste of money.

Cheesecake is definitely one of my favorite desserts of all time! When I saw this food trailer parked on S. Lamar it immediately caught my eye and I new I needed to check it out. It can be a bit tricky catching them if you don’t know their hours. They are currently open Thurs, Fri and Sat from 6:30pm-9:30pm. It’s a small window of time, but totally worth catching them if you can. I ordered 2 mini cheesecakes to go. I got the New York style with a blueberry lavender glaze for me and the Mocha Hazelnut for my husband. Mine was perfect! I loved the addition of the blueberry lavender glaze! The cheesecake was creamy and firm. My husband raved about his mocha hazelnut one that he had too and said it was one of the best he has ever had! Each cheesecake is about $ 4. I think it’s worth the price for sure! If you were to go get dessert at a restaurant or just about anywhere you will pay about the same. I would absolutely recommend stopping by OMG for some cheesecake to satisfy your sweet tooth!

OMG Cheesecakery catered our wedding(for the dessert portion), and they were amazing. I told Dan the colors in our flowers, and he made recommendations based on that(blueberry and sweet potato!). Our guests loved having the food truck, and in general Dan and his family were great. We had 4 cheesecake options, and all were delicious, and the prices Dan quoted were very affordable. If you are getting married, but not interested in wedding cakes, I would absolutely recommend them! Also, if you’re just looking for good cheesecake in Austin, definitely stop by!

Yum! I have been craving cheesecake for a while now and I was so happy to stumble upon this place. I had the Dulce de Leche and it was delicious — not too sweet at all. I think $ 4 is a little much but hey, it is a treat and a similar price to two scoops of ice cream. Not sure if I will be back as this is kind of a novelty type thing but next time I will try the NY Cheesecake. They have sugar and gluten free options too! Woo!

I was thinking about a cheesecake in the last couple of days. Happen to drive by OMG! Cheesecakery and stopped by to try it… One of the best personal cheesecake I had! Not too heavy not too sweet — just perfect! Highly recommend! I’ll be back.

It was alright. As an avid baker myself, I know that cheesecake is pretty easy to make. Therefore, a «personal sized» cheesecake that is less than the size of my palm priced at $ 5 is pretty expensive and had me expecting greater things. I ordered the classic cheesecake with fresh strawberries while my bf ordered the classic cheesecake with blueberry sauce. It was okay, but the texture was a little off and not strong enough of cream cheese. There is also a very limited amount of flavors/toppings. They should take a page from Celia Jacobs’ Cheesecake factory who is always offering amazing flavors(like fried cheesecake bites!). Overall a fun, albeit expensive, experience. I’d suggest saving your money and going somewhere else.

Food trucks provide all sorts of benefits for entrepreneurs looking to tap into the hospitality industry: you get to flex your muscles without a lot of risk, you are not bound to one concept from the get-go, you have low overhead. Enter OMG! Cheesecakery, a mobile eatery entirely focused on cranking out graham-cracker-crusted cream cheese-laden baked goods. Also known as the namesake cheesecake. Whether in a cup or in the jar, these freshly produced goods range from tart to spiced to overly sweet. My personal favorite is the key lime, which dances along the line of tropical and smooth, without too much of the sour oomph. This new kid on the 7th block is tucked into a little food truck lot, and if you are jonesing for the American classic, this is your spot.

I was able to come back and visit OMG! Cheesecakery again tonight. Thanks, Dan, for your quick feedback and inviting me back. My husband and I tried the Mocha cheesecake(no topping) and the New York Style cheesecake(with strawberry topping). I enjoyed them for the following reasons: –Good portion size(enough for a dessert after dinner, not so much that you feel guilty for indulging) –Creative, effective packaging in a tin cup with lid which makes it seem more like a cheesecake bowl than a cheesecake slice; I’m a fan –Many flavor options, although my favorite might just be the plain/original with strawberry topping –Topping was very fresh with fresh cut strawberries rather than jarred strawberries –Parking on grass right next to their food truck –Picnic tables to sit at with plenty of shade I recommend this food truck if you’re craving dessert and want to eat different flavors of cheesecake in an innovative way.

I love cheesecake and this is the perfect sized cheesecake. In a society where portions of everything we buy/eat are HUGE, this is the perfect size. The owner was very friendly and very helpful. I consider myself a cheesecake connoisseur and the cinnamon chai was fantastic! I never thought I would have put that flavor in cheesecake, but it works! I can’t wait to try more of these lovely little pieces of mouth watering heaven! Highly recommend them!

Tried the maple bacon cheesecake that I got while at the Adelbert’s 3rd anniversary party. Nice creamy texture and good bacon flavor that worked with the subtle maple sweetness. Very tasty

Took the pooch on a walk over to the food trailer park to get some dessert and found the cheesecakery to be the only truck open in the park. Sampled the cheesecake with the strawberry balsamic reduction topping. It was DELICIOUS! The truck proprietor was very friendly and we chatted for a while whilst we enjoyed the cheesecakes. I’m gluten-free, so I only ate the cheesy part of the cheese cake and passed the crust on to my husband. We both thoroughly enjoyed the desserts!

Can’t comment on the dessert, because this place is never open when I stop by despite always going during the hours listed on their website. This past time I even checked their Facebook, found a post only a couple hours old that said they were open, walked over there and it was of course closed. I really wish if they had to close early they would just share that on Facebook. I won’t be trying again.

The PBJ cheesecake rocked! I loved the thick texture of the cheesecake, and the jam on top cut through the richness perfectly. Can’t wait to go back to try other flavors, as well as try out some of the add-ons. They even have one called«S’more It», where they add crumbled graham crackers, chocolate sauce, and marshmallows – which get toasted to order– and then more chocolate on top! Yep, that’ll happen next time for sure!

OMG! is a great name for these cheesecakes. The first time I had the Cinnamon Chai, I was thinking Oh My God! It is so freaking delicious. I am not a fan of cinnamon, but I love Chai. So I had to try it. It had me at the first bite. The combination of cinnamon and chai were perfect. Neither of the ingredients were overwhelming. My husband loves the NY style. He will not eat cheesecake from any other place since he had NY style from OMG! Cheesecakery. I also love the size of the cheesecakes. I can eat it all without feeling guilty.

Saw this place mentioned in the Audtin Chronicle. I was blown away. If you love cheesecake, this is the place for you. The flavors are delicious and the texture is perfect. Best part, the size is perfect to enjoy without feeling guilty about breaking my diet. Delish!
