Austin, TX
One Way Plumbing has a contract with my home warranty company. He never contacted me after receiving direction to do so. I called and left a message and he didn’t return my call. I called again and this time he answered. He was very indifferent and disinterested but agreed to come to my house on a set day and time. He did not show, nor did he answer his phone. A business like this should really get a zero star, in my opinion.
