Tim and his team are wonderful. I’ve had them do work for us many times over the past 5 years, and they have never failed to deliver fast, reliable solutions. I highly recommend them when you need someone who you can trust!

Avoid at all costs. Where do I begin? Onion Creek was recommended by a contractor that I know and trust, so I went in with normal expectations, but things fell apart. First of all, I had an impossible time getting anyone to answer the phone or to call me back. And twice, I took off work to be at the house when they were supposed to arrive, but they didn’t. They showed up the third time and when they did, they didn’t bring the tools they needed, even though I had spoken with them before they arrived and they knew exactly what tools were necessary. And lastly, there was a whole lotta standing around and chatting during the workday. I ended up spending a fortune for what should have been a quick routine. I would strongly suggest you avoid this company.

We were referred to Onion Creek Plumbing by two friends. We got them out for a estimate and called back to schedule the work. We had to call at least 3 times before we got a call back. At last, we got an appointment in and it was not followed through so we had to reschedule. Twice. We finally had someone out to do the work & the information was not relayed to him on the work that needed to be done. So he had to return at another time. The reschedule was also had to be rescheduled that had nothing to do with us. We finally had to call it quits as we have given them several opportunities to provide service to us. Unprofessional and unreliable.

I’ve used Tim’s plumbing several times during the past 5 years — to find the source of water backing up into my shower floor — a cracked pipe under my slab; to install 4 water-​saving toilets; and repair a leaking valve.
Every member of the business… from the office manager to the apprentice is courteous and professional. Tim Sr. worked with me to «make it right» when the problems with my plumbing turned out to be less than obvious and required deductive actions to find the real source of the problem.
