I worked with the staff at onRamp for about a year and a half. My employer started off with hosted machines and graduated to their virtual host offerings.
I was always impressed with the attentiveness of the staff and the physical security they provide.
I’d have given them five stars, but there was a crash cart that consistently had a broken keyboard and it was always a pita to have to unplug it and go get another one after your password failed five times in a row and then you realized the keyboard isn’t typing right.
It’s sometimes hard to tell how big or established a hosting provider is. These guys are solid. They have LOTS of customers and a server room that’s about half a football field in size. American football, not that metric mess they play in Europe.
