The two stars are for how nice the phlebotomist was (didn’t get her name), and how quick the entire process was. That said, I’ve had lots of blood draws in my life, and I’ve never experienced what I experienced here. I’ll let the photo speak for itself. Ouch!

Beverly was the Phlebotomist that took my blood and she was amazing! I didn’t feel a prick or any pain when she inserted the needle. I usually never pass out when having blood drawn but this time I felt faint because of a long fasting period prior to the blood draw. Beverly ran to get me water which helped but I still passed out for a moment. Beverly showed genuine concern for me and did everything she could to make sure I was OK and comfortable. I’m very grateful for Beverly’s genuine concern and kind care! I’ll request Beverly in the future when I need more blood drawn.
