Went to go replace my car battery. The manager came out to test it and said it was fully charged. As I tried to turn on my car, it wouldn’t start up again. I went back inside and told the manager that my car was dead. He suggested it was the starter and walked away. Luckily the assistant manager Victor over heard and went to check the battery himself. To my surprise the manager never disconnected the battery from my car to test the battery itself. As soon as Victor checked it, sure enough my battery was dead. Fortunately, my battery was still under warranty and got replaced. Victor was great and approachable not to mention very helpful. My recommendation is to never ask for the manager of this store to help you. He obviously needs customer service and car battery training.

Knowledgable and super helpful! Felipe helped me replace a lightbulb for the left headlight (GL450) and it turned out to be a lot more tricky than YouTube videos would suggest… Felipe patiently fiddled with it for over 15 minutes until he got the new lightbulb in place and made sure I tested it. Gracias Felipe!

Friendly and knowledgeable… two RARE things at auto parts stores anymore. Jesus and Hernando helped me on two items that required a lot of searching in the books and computer, neither one big ticket items. These guys actually know cars and their parts… Ill be back here

I bought some parts at the store at 8339 Research Blvd, Austin, TX. I gave the salesperson the year, make, and model of vehicle and he actually went outside to look at the vehicle.
When I tried to put them on, I discovered that the parts were the wrong fit. It was near closing time so I called to see if they could stay open a bit longer to make the exchange. They said they close at 9pm. I got there at 8:59pm (according to my cell phone). The door was locked.

Friendly and helpful. Went in with a headlight out, got headlight fixed and they even checked my oil level and tested my fuses.
Turns out, I had about 20 fuses out! Glad I went in!
