This place even for a chain restaurant still has amazing veggie lettuce raps! Haven’t been in years and really still good.

Great cocktails and beer choices. They were very helpful in making sure that what we ordered was vegan. It was a delightful evening.

I ordered here my first time and fell in love. The pad Thai was amazing. I can’t wait to come here again and try other dishes.

My motto with group outings/gatherings, especially in an area that I’m not at all familiar with; like Twitter, you lead, I follow… We came here for our last group dinner. I’ve never dined at a P.F. Chang’s. I don’t think there is one in NYC and anyways, there’s no lacking in Chinese restaurant spots. My friend and I decided on the Meal for 2… It came with 2 soups(one for each person), one appetizer, two entrees and one dessert… I decided on the egg drop soup, he got the hot and sour soup. My soup was meh, too salty. We shared the pork dumplings, which weren’t that bad. It could’ve used some sriracha sauce. For the entrée, we decided on the Mogolian beef and the crispy spicy chicken. We shared the entrée, of course. I never had or even heard of Mogolian beef, I didn’t know what it was. It seemed like stir fried beef with lots of scallions. It was ok. the chicken was a lil better. It came with rice, choice of either white or brown. The waiter brought out bowls of rice for the table to share, although, it took him a while to bring out the brown rice. For the dessert, they were out of the vanilla cream… my friend can’t eat chocolate so they gave us a replacement dessert… which seemed like cream cheese stuffed in wonton wrappers, then fried… it was kind of weird since they didn’t mix the cheese with any sugar, but the berry sauce balanced out the saltiness of the cream cheese, I guess… but I guess that’s the franchise standard… Also, the waiter never brought out the soup until after we were already in the middle of our entrée… We had to let him know that we never received our soup… I think the manager eventually brought it out to us.

It’s PF Changs, who doesn’t like PF Changs? We had a large crowd when visiting this location and the service was amazing! Drinks were good and plentiful and the service was AMAZING. I mean, great service. I never get good service, like this service was something to brag about it was so good. Food was good to! HA

The location is great but there is no parking except for valet and they charge you $ 8, annoying. Went at lunch and it was crowded, problem was the lack of experience from the waiter(deer in the headlights). Very awkward when greeting the table, I asked for a Kirin draft and he didn’t know if they had that. I pointed at the tap at the bar and there are only 5 beers on tap! Overall, very below average experience, if Changs reads this… please train better, you’re going to lose customers. Leaving and 2 employees were smoking out front… REALLY?! BADIMAGE.

Never been to this downtown location so this is the first time. They had a two can dine special for $ 39.95. Husband and I decided to order this since it had just about everything we wanted. Ordered hot and sour and egg drop soup, chicken lettuce wrap, pepper steak and orange chicken. The deal also came with a small dessert. Everything was good but the dessert was quite weird. It didn’t taste so fresh. It was a wonton filled with ice cream I believe… I could be wrong. But we weren’t so fond of it at all. But the soup, appetizer, and entrees were good. Service was good as well. Nice place.

Upon arrival we were greeted with a smile, it was a very busy night and we could tell that the server had her hands full. Yet, she made us feel like nothing else in the restaurant matter except our satisfaction, she made us feel important. She was very courteous, had a warm smile and gave us a personalized service. Once we were seated, our waitress Katerine, introduced herself with a warm smile. Her knowledge of the menu allowed her to give us helpful advise, her service was prompt and well mannered. Service is as important as the quality and taste of the food, my wife and I can honestly say that our experience last night was above and beyond our expectations. Please convey our compliments to Katerine.

With only 45 mins left before our 1HR parking expires, our server at pf changs, Catherine, made it happen. I told her we only have 30 mins left to eat(we reserved the 15mins to walk back to our car). We gave our orders. 2 appetizers and 2 entrees. In less then 30 mins, we got all our great tasting orders, drinks and the check. AWESOMESERVICE. The crispy green beans were light and crisp that went well with the aioli dip. The salt and pepper calamari had a good balance of saltiness that went well when lemon was squeezed. The Mongolian beef was tender. And the lobster fried rice was our fave. It had a lot of different flavors in it. And before our time was up, Catherine was ready with our to go boxes.

Well, I guess this is another place that slips on quality due to its great location. If you are wanting to pick up lunch, make sure to call ANHOUR ahead, even if the place is empty. I had the lettuce wraps with egg drop soup, something I get frequently at PF Changs in other towns. The lettuce wraps were unpalatable, the seasoning was just off. The soup was good but dang, I was really hoping to get something I could stomach when paying $ 12 for a «lighter fare lunch menu» I don’t recommend this location.

We stayed across the street and we were hankering some Chinese or Asian food so why not P.F. Chang’s right? We entered the restaurant on a Saturday afternoon around 4pm on a July 4th holiday and it was rather slow. We were quickly seated and our service was great. We ordered egg rolls for appetizers and I ordered the Lou Noodles with Chicken, Beef and Shrimp and for the price portion was very generous and noodles and beef chicken and shrimp cooked to perfection. Overall great food and fast service only a 4 star because I experienced better Asian food from Osaka’s, a dinner and a show is a whole lot better, food at P. F Chang’s is ok not something to brag about unless I’m ordering the wrong entrée. Can’t go wrong with some desert, they are decadent.

Chang’s sit pretty low on my already short list of franchises, but when it comes to delivery and coupons, Chinese food is always kept at arm’s length. Where else can you add on an extra 50 cents and receive a bowl of noodles or rice to stretch the calories in your meal? Plus, the excess sauce that comes on food makes a nice starch sauce. Downtown Austin has fallen into the«nearly impossible to find a parking spot» category over the last few years, due to all the construction workers taking up spots bright and early in the morning. Alas, my wife and I splurged on some PF Chang’s delivery a while back(albeit with a $ 20 coupon) and went to town… eggplant, green beans, lo mein, and edamame. Go up to Asia Café, a hidden gem in Northwest Austin, and order the green beans and eggplant. You will immediately know exactly what is missing. The green beans here seems to leave a bit of savory nuance, while the eggplant fills the void with an excess of a sugar-laden sauce. I won’t go so far as to say PF Chang’s is an embarrassment to all Asian cuisine(but hey, they are kind of shooting themselves in the foot by trying to pull off Singaporean classics next to sushi). but every dish just seems to lack that traditional oomph of flavor.

Orange Chicken to go. I asked for extra spicy… and it ended up being extra bland. And was not warm. Rice was also not warm and not good. Expected more from PF Changs.

I love PF changs, but the downtown Austin location needs some help. My boyfriend and I like to order take out from here at least once a week, and after multiple experiences and reading similar reviews, I think management needs to take these complaints into consideration. I have placed online orders for curbside pick up. I generally place the order about an hour to an hour half before the«promised» pick up time. With this kind of timing, there is absolutely no excuse to be waiting over 20 minutes for the food to come out, or to even be acknowledged by staff. This has happened 3 times now, yesterday being the most aggravating. I pull up to the curbside pick up and the valet guy runs in to tell them my name(which was very nice). I wait about 10 minutes and nothing. So then I call the number which is what you are supposed to do when you arrive for curbside pick up. The hostess tells me she will let them know and someone should be right out to take payment and bring food. I wait another 10 minutes… nothing. So I get out of the car which is now left in the curbside waiting lane, and walk into what is for the most part san empty restaurant for 8:15 on a thursday night. I go to the hostess stand and this little girl up there is sitting there texting… the same one who answered the phone and told me someone would be out right away. I give her my name again, which is now 8:30 on an *8:10 pick up time ordered an hour and a half before hand. She pushes her cell phone away mid text(which is completely unprofessional and rude especially at the hostess stand greeting customers) and gives me a blank stare and says«Whats your name again?»… no wonder why my food hasn’t come out and I have been sitting in the car for 20 minutes. I asked for her manager and then all of the sudden someone runs to the bar area and gets the bag of food I saw just sitting there getting cold at this point. 50 minutes after the pick up time, I get home with the food(and we live off 1st, 5 minutes away) and it is cold and egg rolls are completely soggy. Not sure if its just a pure lack of care for customers and customer service, bad management, or lazy and unprofessional employees, but this is completely unacceptable and I will not be ordering from here or dining in again anytime soon.

Normally, I’m a big fan of pf changs. Ive been to multiple locations across the country and all were good. But this location is a joke. It really is a shame Unilocal does not allow 0 stars for special occasions such as this. Ordered one dish for takeout. Was told 30 – 35 min til ready. Showed up 33 min later to see the restaurant ~2/3rds empty. After informing them I was there to pick up my order and told to wait just a moment, I proceeded to stand there for 30 minutes as I stared at my watch. During this time I was given no updates, no apologies, and watched the hostess(and some other staff further back) stand around literally doing nothing for over half the time I was waiting. After the full 30 minutes standing in silence, I realized I was never going to be helped or served and proceeded to inform them to cancel my order as I was leaving — all without so much as an apology from them(though they did throw in a half excuse about MAYBE things getting lost in the kitchen). What a joke, and disappointment to pf changs overall.

Great service. Husband and I shared lomein for our anniversary. The portion was huge and I had to give some to my hubby! I really liked the eggdrop soup a lot. They gave us a free dessert for our anniversary! We shared a delicious sangria! we got the chocolate dome. The chocolate wall was suggested but it wAs too big so we got the delicious flourless chocolate dome! One of my favorite chinese restaurants! the flourless was too strong for me but the fruit was delicious!

It’s SXSW. This restaurant is perfectly located next to the convention center. That means it’s crowded for two straight weeks! I had a 20 minute wait for a table at 2pm on Saturday afternoon. Not bad, considering. Staff are great, friendly and proactive. The food is very good. To stick to my slow carb diet I had the chicken lettuce wraps and the ahi tuna salad — both are delicious. I couldn’t finish either of them — and I walked in hungry. The only drawbacks — food is pricey, and the space is very noisy. That’s not the fault of this restaurant — it is a «feature» of ALL of their restaurant designs. Worth the trip.

Love love love love everything about this place! Great food, friendly service, good atmosphere and decent prices really make for an overall near perfect experience. The service was friendly and we even got complimentary soup which was so nice! The lo mein was delicious, and I’m craving it right now as well. Love the Kung pao chicken as well! Love having this place with consistently good food and can’t wait to go back!
