What does a man need to know about women’s jewelry? Well here at Pandora not much because everything is absolutely stunning and easy to put together. You can use a sports theme or choose something as easy as your hobbies and start a collection of really cute pieces. I was very fortunate to have Tami assist me with putting together a new bracelet for my wife for Mother’s Day. I love Tami’s level of customer service and watching her putting the present together is the best part. Go by and see Tami and the crazy, over the top collection of pieces they have. P. S. They sell fine jewelry too!

Terrible service. I’ve spent hundreds here and came in to get my Fiancées bracelet cleaned. They told me that they weren’t doing cleanings today because they were «slammed». The store was almost empty and they wouldn’t even let us drop it for pick up later in the day. Asked to speak to the manager, Laura Burns, but she would only relay her message to the other workers.
Do not spend your money on a Pandora bracelet, they will take your money and go back on their word.

Wow is how I would describe the customer service I received today and NO I do not mean this in a good way. I received a Pandora Ring, as a gift no less than a month ago. The ring was purchased is to large for my fingers. I was told all I have to do is go visit the store and they would exchange my ring no problem.
What a JOKE! The young lady whom assisted me proceeds to inform me, this ring has not been made in the last 2 years. REALLY??? Because it’s LESS than a month old and is still listed on the website for purchase.
Well either way, would I return to you store. Nope. Let’s put this frankly just like Julia Roberts did in Pretty Woman… You work on commission, RIGHT? Big Mistake BIG MISTAKE.

Horrible non existent customer service. I was enjoying a day at the mall.
Walked into this place, no greeting, no welcome, no assistance.
Disappointed as I had just been awarded a CLI and was looking towards using that for a Mother’s Day Charm with her kids birthstones.
Not spending my time or money.
