I had «permanent eyeliner» done here and I took care of it like a baby did everything possible to make sure it stayed and nothing happened etc, literally googled everything good to do to take care of it. Within 1 MONTH it was already going away and after like 4 it was totally gone I went to another place that does it and they said she did it totally wrong and I’d have to of course pay the new people another $ 250 to have it redone the right way because she did it so bad and messed up something about tissue etc (this place was very knowledgeable). So I suggest you DO NOT GET PERMANENT EYELINER DONE HERE! You might as way throw your money in the trash because it will have to be done again. My friend who got hers done 11 years ago and it’s still perfect and I tried to tell her that but she refused to listen and was recharging me $ 150 for her mess up. Just warning you all

I would not recommend this spa. My eyebrow perm makeup did not take, she said it was because I did not sleep on my back. Went back and paid another 75.00 — still too lite. Don’t be enticed by the groupon — she gets you once there with weird interpretations of pricing and follow up pricing.
She’s ok with facials.

I had a wonderful experience under Laura’s care. She did an excellent job with my eyebrows and the permanent make up. I am extremely satisfied and will be coming back for more in the continued future. She is very detailed and a perfectionist when it comes to her technique. Ty again!

Great work, clean salon, very nice operator. My eyes look great and she straightened out and fixed my brows. It was almost painless. It has been a few hours now and still no pain (not like the first time in Arizona). Couldn’t beat the price. Very reasonable. I love the new look she gave me. No more spending a lot of time on make-up!!! You will like Laura. She does a great job of explaining to you as
she works. Wonderful experience — very happy.

Initially I was a bit hesitant to try out permanent makeup. However, Laura Santos, the owner of Pangea Spa, did a wonderful job on my upper natural eyeliner! Call or email prior to coming in since consultation is free by appointment. The session took less than an hour and my eyelids healed quickly after the procedure. Laura have years of experience in permanent cosmetics from her previous business back in Milwaukee. Even so, her prices are quite reasonable compared to other places in Austin. In addition, she is very friendly and kind. I would not hesitate to go back to her for more procedures!
Tip: to find the spa, enter the big main entrance labeled Gallery of Salon & Spa, located next to the Guitar World store entrance.
