I have no idea why the low reviews? We stayed at a local hotel while in Austin and decided to order pizza. We ordered 2 large The Works pizzas, one without bell peppers. They were delivered to our room within 30 minutes. They were still hot and were delicious. $ 24. Just doesn’t get any better than that. If in town I would definitely order from this location again.

The last time I ordered from Papa John’s was definitely the last time. When I pay $ 14 for a large pepperoni pizza, I expect it covered in pepperoni. What I got was an 8-slice pizza with 15 small, greasy slices of pepperoni on it. That’s been the trend with this location; I guess to keep from raising prices they just cut back on the ingredients.

They get it wrong EVERY. SINGLE. EFFEN. TIME. I give them my pens, I tip them out of sympathy, I NEVER complain about the COUNTLESSFUCK-UPS, even when they NEVERSHOWUP… And yet, I KEEPORDERINGFROMTHEM. What is it they put in their pizza… nicotine, meth, arm-drug? Do I hate myself, or is it just laziness? Or is that one in the same? Charlie HATES them. Good dog trying to take stupid master out of a delivery downward spiral. Show me the ways, four-legged one.

I like Papa John’s Pizza, so I’m giving it 3 stars, and I live just around the corner, so I end up using this pizza place a lot for carry-out orders. The staff isn’t the best… they sit outside a lot on breaks. You pass them on your way in, so they see you coming, but still, no one comes in to help you. Once, a girl was on a personal phone call on her cell at the register, and didn’t get off to help us, so we had to sit around until she was done with her call. The managers are usually there and don’t care. The pizza’s good and cheap though, so I guess whatever. Papa John’s(industrial strength) ranch is my favorite in the world, too. PS Their marquee says they’re moving in September.
