Great experience. I dropped my Samsung S4 leaving Kuwait… LCD failed. I brought in to PCR and they replaced it in exactly one hour, as promised. (Note that (just) the glass replacement, which is more more common, takes only about 20 minutes. Mine needed the complete LCD with new glass and screen protector.)
The guys were great — super polite, repair done properly, parts in stock. Would definitely recommend.

Brought in two laptops. The free diagnostic was what intrigued me. The first laptop he attempted to replace the hard drive. The first time the computer booted up read an error. Called the ‘repair guy’ said that it was normal to happen; I’ve never heard of a warning error to be normal. Second the OS was replaced with Windows 7 Professional, a needless expense and unwanted upgrade was done and not informed. I already have Windows 7 Premium with the Tag stickered onto the laptop. Was over charged and was told it was a favor. The upside to this, the repair guy gave a full refund after ten minutes explaining the problem to him.
Now the second laptop. Was told that the circuit wasn’t working and might as well get a new laptop. Took my laptops to a different repair place and told him this story, he was shocked and dissapointed that this had happened. Not only was the second laptop repairable (needed a new screen), he was much cheaper, more knowledgeable, and should have taken my laptops to this guy first
