Pediatrix

I wish I could give them ZERO stars. WORST medical group EVER. Ladies, please make sure you have chosen your pediatrician before birth and that they make visits to the hospital. Otherwise you are stuck with these fools. They come collecting from you immediately upon discharge and then they mess up with billing insurance. Once you make several calls to fix that (and you have to do that with your insurance company because Pediatrix never answers your calls– you are stuck on the phone for 15 mins everytime before they put you to voicemail and then NEVER call you back). Even when you try to pay online finally the system cannot find you. I have received several collection type letters from Pediatrix and I only had my baby 2 months ago and the insurance just finally settled with them. I feel enraged, harassed and completely disrespected. What a horrible experience with Pediatrix!!!
