Perfect Cuts Lawn Service

We have been using this lawn service for seven years and have seen the quality decline the past two years. They just fired us (no longer serving our area). This is blessing in disguise. Poorly run with lots of turnover. As Bob Seger sang, Turn the Page

Do not waste your money. This is an unprofessional organization. They do not do what they say, follow up is terrible and the final product will not be what they said they were giving. They do not guarantee plants nor do they stand by their work. Take your money elsewhere!!! Save yourself the frustration.

Awful lawn service! Run the other direction! Zero stars would be too many of these people!
Had them mow my lawn twice… should have stopped them after the first time. First, they use this herbicide on your flower beds, only problem, it also killed some of my plants! I called them and they came out to look (after about 4 more phone calls) and told me my plants had suddenly gone dormant… riiight…suddenly the day after you sprayed them with herbicide. They said if they didn’t come back they would replace them. Then, the second mow they broke my fence and didn’t tell me. I found it the next day. After another half dozen phone calls and several weeks later they fixed the fence. I called and cancelled my service. When I got the bill (not discounted or anything) I called and said I would pay when they replaced the plants they had killed… Norman specifically said, its not our fault, you’re not our customer anymore right? UGH! No customer service here… just awful people and an awful business!
