I attempted to use the Morgan’s Deal voucher I purchased a few months ago & when trying to contact them by email, no reply… even a week later. I call several times, the phone has been disconnected. How can a business provide paid vouchers & then suddenly (what seems to be) go out of business?! It seems pretty wrong & crooked — that they purposely ran this voucher thing to collect money & run. What’s up with that?!

I scheduled an appointment and even took off work to be present. Dan did not show up or even call to cancel or reschedule. His phone number goes direct to voice mail, and his mailbox is full. Avoid this fly-by-night business at all cost!

Good riddance, rodents!
We’re first time homeowners, so as you can imagine, we know little to nothing about home ownership and the burdens that come along with it-one of those being rodents and insects inside of our home.
We found Dan on Unilocal and gave him a call after noticing all sorts of activity. He showed up, inspected the perimeters, told us exactly what was wrong, what his solution is, and then came back the following day to fix all of the problems. We had a lot of newbie questions that he was happy to answer and help us understand.
He’s an awesome, honest guy and his prices are affordable. As with the other review, we had to leave the house before he arrived but we gave him the code to enter. That’s how much we trust this guy.

Dan — owner and exterminator — was very pleasant to work with and did a great job answering my questions and explaining the process.
He took the time to show me potential entry points for pests and made suggestions on ways I could address them on an ongoing basis (e.g. insulating foam for some of the cracks outside).
I had to leave while he was still working outside, but he sent me a text afterward to let me know he thought some roaches might be nesting in the limestone fireplace area and asked me to keep him posted on what I see.
Most importantly, he is personable and someone you can enjoy doing business with. I would definitely recommend him before any of the big pest control chains.
