Awesome place! Planet k has been around for a long time. I’ve been coming here for years and the people who work here have always been pleasant.

This is my go to shop for all herbal needs. The people that work there are awesome and very friendly, they dont hover over you and bother you while you look, they have a great (and huge) selection of glass pieces and everything is labeled nicely. The prices are wonderful too! They have a huge selection of gag gifts, all natual products (hemp lotions type stuff), adult toys, hooka stuff ect… i highly recommend this location!

Im sorry but there is no other smoke shop with such Terrible customer service. I was sold a vape for 75 $ to find out it was defected and completely useless from the start. Then when I returned later in the month with my receipt to get my money back for the useless product, I was denied my refund. To top it off the worker helping me, lit a cigarette as I walked in and continued to smoke it the whole time I was in the shop. This crusty, burnt out, location is not recommended and is made rip people off.

Interesting shop. I’d never been to a Planet K before, but wasn’t disappointed. Came here looking for some bachelorette party items and they had a decent selection of sexxxy funsies. Staff was friendly and there is apparently a shop dog that hangs out sometimes (I didn’t get to see the little buddy). I was given a voucher for a free under-​$ 3 item on my next visit.
Incense game was way strong, heads up. I mean… it’s a supplies store, so I was kinda expecting it to be a fragrant experience. :)
All in all a cool place to grab some eccentric gifts or whatever alternative supplies you might need. Parking is ample and either directly facing street or discreetly in back of building. Your choice.

God Bless you Planet K for you never cease to amaze me with your quirky charm, your abundance of incense for less than $ 1, the coolest& funniest gifts and knickknacks anyone with a sense of humor can appreciate, and for always having a fantastic ‘free’ area with local publications, free stickers, show bills, and more. I can’t get over the posters, greeting cards, boxes, and even sexy-​time products you proudly display. You are what continues to Keep Austin Weird.
Word to management of this location or event planners working in the city, show some movies outside sometime in the Spring and Summer times. There is ample parking and even a nice shaded solar panel awning for people to get cozy under and watch whatever movie Planet K decides to show. Such a great parking space that surely some cool event or party can happen in that area.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Uneducated employees who care more about selling you crap then knowing anything about the product.
I’ve been to numerous Planet K’s around Austin and get the same horrible service. I would suggest going to different smoke shops who know the products the sell and actually care about what they are doing.

Planet K is awesome went for my 18^th birthday and bought a whole bunch stuff even got a discount since it was my bday!
Best smoke shop

I really liked the outdoor atmosphere, lots of cool lights everywhere. Inside was a very cool place, lots of smoking accessories, adult toys and items, and all around neat, unique stuff. Staff was friendly and helpful and conversational. They have an awesome dog inside this store as well. Very cool place.

I’m sure this would be fun for straight people, but they had such a tiny selection of lubrication that I had to leave. Doesn’t appeal to everyone.

Planet k is awesome for all your smoking needs. Great selection in pipes, water pipes, an awesome selection of toys an such.
