The previous owners of our home had used Pool Aide for years and recommended them to us. We have now used Pool Aide for over ten years and have been very satisfied with their service. When we first purchased the home, we found the pool and spa had some annoying design and original equipment issues, which have now been corrected by Pool Aide over the years during the normal equipment replacement cycle process with sensitivity to our pocketbook.

Just moved to Austin and previous home owner uses Pool Aide occasionally. Being from frozen North, we know nothing about pools. First John came and gave us a «pool school». Showed us how system works, what needed repaired, just wonderful. Then Mitch came to work on the computer program and reviewed everything. He sent an estimate of relays and stuff that needed to be replaced. Then we hired them to come out weekly. Thad comes out and cleans, checks and continues to answer our questions. So reasonable and so knowledgeable. Seriously, these guys are who you are looking for to take care of your pool.
