Beware! They ruined my Calcutta marble by cutting it without measuring resulting in faucet holes being off-​center, huge square of putty to fill in the notch in the tub deck because they didn’t measure correctly, and worst of all, slanted the shower step toward the outside of the shower instead of inward. Water pours out of the shower. Hector has blown me off (as in not showing up when he said he would be there). He won’t return my marble remnant pieces.

I never write reviews but this guy really deserves it. I began the search for a «granite guy» and wow I came accross some shady characters. Everyone wanted the money upfront and no one wanted to commit to the specifications I wanted. And maaan were they expensive. I did a Unilocal search and came across this review the previos Unilocaler before me left. I called Hector and he came over the very same day to take measurements and take notes of what I wanted. I had a particular request which was out of the norm for most granite guys. He really broke the estimate down to the labor and ensured he showed me all the details in pricing. No hidden costs. He event gave me 3 different estimates for me to choose from. A truly honest approach. I am also extremely picky and indasisive. He was extremely patient with me and was sure to get me everything I wanted and more. He had to take me to 3 different granite yards because I could not make up my mind. At the time of install they were maticulous and really paying close attention to detail. Hector would keep coming to me with questions and confirming if I was liking what I saw.
Overall these guys were awesome. They were honest, friendly, and not pushy at all. He even worked with me financially. I paid for the slab first and I paid him the rest after the entire job was done and I was satisfied. He even offered me to pay him in two payments fter the job was done. I had mentioned how the builder and the mortgage company screwed me on the down payment for the house. Since I had just closed on the home. I guess he felt bad I was strapped for cash that week.

We just had Premier install granite countertops installed in our kitchen. They were very easy to deal with and gave us a great price. They came out quickly and on time to give us a free estimate. They were able to break the price down for everything so that we knew what we were paying for. We like to do parts of projects to save money, so we were able to do the tear-​out ourselves and save money.
Once we decided to go with them, we were able to go pick out the exact slabs that we wanted to use. Some of the other places wanted us to pick the color but use their slabs. They came out and made exact measures and were able to customize our island to give it a unique look.
They had a great turn around time from the date we decided to go with them and the date that it was installed. They got here during the time block they stated. They took a few hours to install everything and cleaned up after they were done. The guys were very friendly and professional. We used another company at our former house and they were more of a hassle to deal with.
