Inflatables are a great way to make a celebration or party extra special, and Première does it well. The staff are great and will go above an beyond to make your event extra nifty!

We had a paid in full and fully confirmed reservation for a wet bounce/​slide combo for my daughter’s birthday party. They were supposed to set up at 12:30pm, the party started at 1pm. At 1pm I got concerned and started calling their 1 – 800 number (the only number listed on all of my paperwork). Repeated calls — no one answered — so I left repeated messages. Finally I resigned myself that they were not showing up, so I started calling other companies to see if anyone else could make it out last minute, since we were having a «splash» party with no way to splash. Received a text message reply that evening, long after the party was over. The company was apologetic and did authorize a full refund of the money we paid but we were still disappointed that we were unable to get in touch with anyone the day of our event and that our ‘splash’ party had no ‘splash’ until we were only able to obtain an emergency inflatable for the last 15 min of our party (after many of our guests had already left).
