I want to acknowledge Shone and Alexa– I had two visits to this property and both times were beyond my expectations of a storage provider. Alexa was delightful and sweet. Shone made sure my move-​in was a success. He even went the extra mile to sweep my unit for a second time to ensure it was perfect. Shone had an amazing attitude and I would like to have him around this unit more often.

Very pleased with the service and safety of this public storage location. We had our «stuff» here for over a year and never had any issues. Carrie, the manager, is helpful and engaged. It’s a good location.

The location is excellent, the site manager has been helpful and available, and the space is exactly what I need it to be: somewhere safe and clean to store my things. The only other tenants I’ve encountered in the storage space have been businesses or polite storers like myself. I highly recommend this location and its staff.

After renting from these guys for over 2 years — the lack of professionalism never changed during our entire rental. Time after time we would have to explain to them that the 95 degree temperature did not count as temperature control. And yes I paid almost double non a/​c units paid for that great luxury.
Finally in July 2014 their air conditioner pan overflowed and flooded our unit. When I brought this to the managements attention — the only thing they could say was that they are not responsible. I have photos of the a/​c unit overflowing and being completely ignored (if anyone wants to see them). If this does not constitute blatant neglect and disregard for clients — nothing does.
I never asked them for compensation especially since the person that did come to look at my unit said «this happens all of the time».
If you have any thing that you want destroyed this is a great place to store it.
I left messages both at local and corporate levels. Never got a response.

It’s a place to store your stuff.
Be careful with the elevators. I got stuck in one, and had to wait for the Fire department to come get me out (the manager didn’t answer the phone)

Carrie is a huge value to Public Storage! She provides phenomenal customer service and is extremely helpful. My husband, Clark, can be pretty demanding and hard to please, but Carrie was so patient and understanding with him… which was amazing! Her knowledge and willingness to go over and above for customers is impressive. Also, this storage facility is fantastic! It’s clean and new at a great location. Choose this spot if it works for you and let Carrie take great care of your storage needs!

We just rented a storage unit here at the Public Storage inc on west 5^th ave in Austin; Carrie the agent on duty did a wonderful job assisting my daughter in renting a unit. She is wonderful agent for this company and I hope every client get the same level of service we got today.
