I have used this company for almost a year and they were professional and knowlegable when I first started using them. Recently I have had recurring problems with my computer that they previously configured. I have left numerous messages with their answering service that they «claim» they never recieved and have spoken personally with zach and others at this company who set up appointments and assurances now four days ago that they rudely never followed up on. Additionally their cloud computer backup services never worked although my money was refunded. We are new to Austin and needed a reliable tech service company, these folks are unreliable and terribly rude. I would strongly urge Austin folks looking for tech service to avoid this company.

Zac and Michael have been simply terrific at wrangling a difficult wifi and physical network for us at our business. Smart and diligent problem solvers, they’ve gone the extra mile to make sure everything works great at our office — even solving some problems I didn’t expect for them to handle. Plus they’re very personable — it’s obvious they love what they do and are glad to help people.
