I have stayed here on several occasions within the past 2 years. Last night, I woke up in room 303 at 3am with about 10 bites all over my body. I say bites, but they are more like welts. When I checked out, I left an FYI note in the room regarding the odor of the room and bug bites. Later on today, I received an email from Mr. Odom, the general manager of this particular location saying that he addressed the odor issue and claimed that he was unable to find any«proof of insect infestation on the sheets, mattresses, or walls behind the bed.» He was kind enough to apologize for the odor issue, but was quick to deny that there is any insect issues in his hotel, but he did thank me for brining the issue to his attention. He was also kind enough to attach an extra .pdf copy of my receipt to the email showing that my bill was not adjusted for my misfortunes. From now on, I will be staying where my satisfaction is guaranteed.
