Surprisingly after reading previous reviews you would think that this store lacks in product and customer service. But I understand that there are more than enough people who are happy to complain about something and not enough people who are willing to compliment a job well done.
MY experience the staff & service was superb! I couldn’t have asked for better!
My wife and I are very happy with the Sunshine Castle and the kids are more than crazy about it. It was a pleasure working with Jan and Laura. The installers were very friendly, helpful, and professional. I will continue doing business with them and would refer them to anyone I meet!

We went there just now to purchase a springfree trampoline. We were there for 30 minutes and the salesperson couldn’t be bothered to come out and talk to us. We were going to spend around $ 1800 and we expect the salesperson to come and talk to us. We shouldn’t have to hunt them down. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

The worst customer service around. When you have a problem with your play system you will be ignored. The lady that works in the office never returns phone calls or emails, so unprofessional. I would never buy again from rainbow due to very poor customer service and low quality wood used on the playscapes. Don’t expect quality anything from this business. Very disappointed with our purchase.
