Rainbow Play Systems

We’ve had our Rainbow Play System for 15 years and twice we have had to order warranty parts and have them installed. This is a process and takes patience on both sides. I had many questions and the staff were so helpful and patient with me. They had to come back out two times to replace more parts than I had captured on the photos I sent but didn’t charge me a thing. They practically had to take my system all apart again and didn’t charge me. Jean and Laura are the best. There is no other play system on the market that will come out and replace bad wood fifteen years after you buy their product! You get what you pay for and with this company, it has been well worth it.

Enjoy getting robocalls? Give these guys your phone number. Aside from being very expensive, I was surprised how shabby much of the equipment looked on display. I had assumed it had been sitting out there for a decade but according to the salesperson, it hadn’t been there for much more than a year. I foolishly gave them my phone number and email and I got numerous robocalls, personal calls and a couple advertising emails. Not recommended.

We received adequate attention and guidance during our visit to select a trampoline. We got a deal on a demo springfree unit. We were given the option of paying half up front and half on delivery. Days after the delivery didn’t happen, I discovered that the bill must be payed in full before delivery. I’m not sure how that happened, but let’s assume it was just a misunderstanding. I went by a second time to pay the balance. For some reason the salesperson wasn’t able to schedule a delivery at that time but offered to call me that afternoon with the date. No problem, but I received no call. A few days later I called back and discovered that the delivery had been scheduled for that Wednesday. Would I mind switching it to Tuesday? Well no, I don’t mind, since I didn’t know about the Wednesday delivery anyway. All in all, the staff on site are relaxed, really friendly, and seem prone to minor communication problems in the way that relaxed, super friendly people often are. The delivery was much better. The two young men arrived a few minutes early and were really friendly. They worked quickly on the assembly. They were patient when we asked them to move it a titch this way and that to get it positioned just right. The digging to get the massive thing leveled on my sloped yard was included. Bonus! So far it all seems to be quality made. The step is quite sturdy. The basketball hoop was a smart addition. The kids love it. I admit it wasn’t a perfect customer experience to be sure, but we’re happy overall.

Awesome People to work with! Great service, wonderful products. Jan is a joy to work with. The best play systems on the planet. I see now why they are a leader in the industry!
