Rattan Creek Park

Went to their community fall fest and it was great! This neighborhood has such a great mix of people, who generally speaking seem to be very friendly! Great park and pool!

This park has two of my park must haves, shade and lots of trees.
Not sure they like sharing since there was a sign posted saying that it’s private for residents. What sign?!? Also interesting that there is a Williamson County Sheriff’s Office on site.
We went on a late afternoon on a Sunday and there was a steady influx of people. Never to the point of overcrowding though.
Plus, it’s fun to people watch.
Kiddos had fun here with the mini hills for running down, the rock climbing wall, spinning chair, tire swing and playscapes. Good times.

Parks are not all created equal. I have missed reviewing this park for some reason… Been there quite a bit with my kiddos. We absolutely love this place. Its so nice and shady ad there is so much to do. Nice trails around d for biking or walking. most of the playscape area is shaded by both trees and canopies.
Beautiful landscape. Green grass. Plenty to play on. A rock wall. Swings. Slides. The spinning seat. Nice padded interiors for falls and trips! Lol.
Honestly love the park. I love that its not ever crowded. And that I can enjoy my time there as well the kids enjoying theirs. Overall a great park. Can’t go wrong here.
There is also a pool and tennis courts here as well. The pool price depends on where u live. If outside the immediate area its a couple hundred a head. Definitely for the rattan area folks only!

This is a great park with awesome people. My daughter wants to go there every weekend to play.

This park is great for running! Its a bit exposed at parts, but there are some big tress to cover you too. Its about a mile from end-​to-​end. There is a small play scape that has a water fountain about mid-​point, so it makes for a good water break spot if you are training at higher mileage. They just did maintenance on the trails not too long ago, so get your running shoes on and go shred some trail!

I may be biased because I had my first peck on the lips here by a BOY (gasp!) but this is the best park ever. Perfect for families and sunday afternoon gatherings. Can’t wait to bring my own little one here in a couple of months! Rattan Creek 4 Lyfe!

This is a great park! It is very well maintained, Its only down side is it is right next to a busy road. I only have one child who isn’t walking yet, but I can see if some one brought multiple children here it would be a concern.
Loved that it was very nicely shaded, had a grill and table near the playscape.

Great little tucked away park. Nice playground for the young ones and lots of open space and trails for the older ones.
Includes covered picnic areas and quite a few drum BBQ grills, just like any park in TX is supposed to! My boys want to return.
