This company is unbelievably rude. I called because the fence on one of the properties they manage fell down onto my property (can you say poor upkeep). The facilities manager, whom is named Sydney who I tried to explain this to, interrupted me and said I needed to get the exact address for her. I said I didn’t have it but had — then got interrupted again and told me to get the address. I said this was her company’s responsibility not mine and she acted offended and hung up on me.
