I love North Campus because of its homey feel, and this place really fits in here. The owner greeted me the moment I came in and, upon learning I hadn’t visited before, gave me a tour of the place and a little background on himself and the store. I left with what I came for plus a free cup of coffee! This was my first time experiencing truly phenomenal service at a convenience store.
The prices are about average for a convenience store: more than the grocery store, but the same as or less than 7-​Eleven with a much more impressive (local) selection and much friendlier service. For reference, a small coffee is $ 1.39, $ 1.89 for a large, Blue Bell small ice cream $ 2.99 /​premium brands $ 5.99, 1 gal milk $ 4.99, large candy bars in the $ 1.50-$ 2.50 range.

The owner and staff are helpful and friendly while the place itself reminds me of the convenience stores in NYC: it’s small, reliable, and has the essentials.

Glad this strip mall is finally filling out again. I just discovered RC Mart last week and will be back often. There is not much on this side of campus (Law School /​Music building) when you want to grab a drink or quick bite. The place is smaller than I expected, but the Coffee is good (and cheap) and also have all the other drink and snack stuff you you see in convenience stores. Decent selection of local beer/​wine as well. As of today (4÷7÷15) they had a new case of fresh food items! (Parfait, fruit, salads, sandwiches, etc). I posted a pic of it. I had a salad for lunch and it was tasty. If you go to school or work on this side of campus, it is worth checking them out.

Great quick place to pick up a fountain soda, wine, snacks, etc. Right next to the law and music schools. The owner is really nice too– I told one of the staff members that I liked a certain kind of pinot grigio, and he ordered it and even had it in the chilled section! Also ample parking!
