My wife picked out C-shaped travel pillow, but the sales person accidentally took a package containing the wrong model and sold it to her. My wife called the store and told her story. Within thirty minutes the correct one was delivered to our home. We have had an airline deliver a lost bag to our home in the past but this is the first time a retailer has delivered an exchanged product to us. We have purchased many things from Relax the Back over the years, but now we would feel guilty if we thought of shopping anywhere else.

I went here before my surgery and DJ helped me find the right 4 piece pillow set to keep me elevated after my surgery. they were so sweet and helpful. The store is a little pricey but SO worth it!!!

Well, I couldn’t disagree more with the 1 Star review. I have been to this store a couple of times now and a once was for a tempur-pedic bed. Not a small purchase and one we shopped around for. The service at this store was well above average. William was the one gentleman who helped us the most but the rest of the staff seemed friendly too. With the bed purchase nobody is allowed to discount it due to Tempur-pedic’s rules, however they thru in a number of free items and sweetened the deal. Above average knowledge and no pushy sales guys here!

Good merchandise, dreadful service. Before I moved to Austin I had bought about $ 4000 worth of stuff, mostly chairs, from other Relax the Back stores. I expected to continue using them for my all too frequent back needs. I’ve had pretty much every kind of bad service you can have at this store. I’ve gone in and been unable to get help. When I do get help the associates are both badly informed and have a bit of an attitude. And the last straw is that although I have bought stuff any way, if I have a problem after purchase, they have no interest in fixing it.
