Incredibly unreliable. As shady as it gets, changing prices at will and any issue that comes up will be blamed on anyone other than the guy in charge, Robert. Have worked with him multiple times, giving him the chance to redeem himself as I have a lot of work to be done. If he came in at 10% of the cost of the next best bid I wouldn’t even consider using him again.

The most honest fair priced skilled person I have ever met. Robert worked really hard and was always available and willing to help us with odds and ends jobs around the house such as moving our new refrigerator into place from the garage and taking our construction garbage with him in his truck. He is a very nice guy who knows what he is doing.
