I want to highly recommend Roger Beasley Central Mazda.
I’ve bought many cars over the years, I beieve my experience at Roger Beasley Mazda was the best. the people were all friendly and sincere. There were no games, like Ive seen at several other dealerships. After the sale, the Beasley service department went above and beyond to make sure everything on my certified used car was safe and in great condition. The only criticism I have is minor: it takes longer than one might expect there.

Negotiating for a new car can be an awkward and unpleasant experience, but not at this dealership. I recently purchased a new Mazda from Sonny and Edwin in the sales department at Roger Beasley Mazda Central and have nothing but great things to say about them. They were happy to work with me on finding the right price on the model I wanted.
Unlike some car salesmen, they weren’t pushy and didn’t do the «I’ll pretend to be your best friend… until we start talking numbers» routine that you get at so many places. They listened to what I wanted, asked for my offer, made me an extremely fair counteroffer (so fair I couldn’t turn it down) and didn’t mess around trying to sell me on something I didn’t want or need. The discussion on price took only a few minutes and was not a drawn-​out, anxiety-​inducing affair as it so often can be at dealerships.
Later I worked with Bryan in the finance department, who was extremely helpful explaining the terms of my loan and was just a nice guy to boot. Throughout the transaction, whenever something came up that seemed like it could be problematic, everyone at this dealership was DETERMINED to make it right, even after they already had my business. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied, and I know I’ll be recommending them to anyone I know in the market for a new car.

Long story short, if you’re looking for a new affordable car, this is the place to go.
In a few hours Wayne and Sunni helped me find a new car, get the paperwork done, and drive off the lot a happy man.
My credit is less than stellar, and I was still approved for a great lease. I highly recommend them!

I took my mazda due to a recall on the airbags and according to the paper it would take maybe less than an hour. So I hand the keys and they told me that it will take about 1 and a half hours so I decided to wait. I waited and I didn’t hear back until 5:30 and they said that my car is almost done, I made an appointment at 3:20, I arrived 20 minutes early and they didn’t finish till 6:00 I wasted 3 hours in their for a recall I’m never going back to that dealership and I don’t recommend this place to anyone, that made me wish that I didn’t even own a Mazda.

I had a great experience from the beginning to the end. Debbie Morgan (the internet/​phone specialist) was very courteous and knowledgeable as she explained the available cars to me. I needed a 2015 CX-​9 with a specific upgrades for my wife. I had a 6:30 appointment, but got free early from work and called the dealership to ask if I could come in earlier. Landry said yes, and gave us a great service. Got a good deal and walked out with the car within 3hours during which we did the test drive, paperwork, trade-​in, and the car was prepared for us. Landry (our salesperson) loves his job, and gives good info. Would definitely recommend this place.

Last November I had the good fortune of meeting Edwin Martinez when I went to Roger Beasley to look at leasing a vehicle. I had just left the VW dealership down the street and was disappointed at the quality of vehicle they were offering us because it wasn’t what I wanted. When I walked in Edwin immediately greeted us and asked how he could help. He took the time to get to know exactly what we wanted in a vehicle and proceeded to show us everything that matched our wishlist. There ended up being several different vehicles we were thinking about and he took us through each one and gave us VERY specific benefits and cons to each vehicle which really helped us eliminate the choices we weren’t sure about. I can’t believe how much he knew about each car. This is a big deal for me. This was my first time shopping for a new vehicle for myself and at that point I was overwhelmed with my choices and the pressure of the commitment. But Edwin made the process super easy. I felt really informed about my choices and ended up going with the 2016 Mazda CX-​5. It’s been a couple of months now and I am still really happy with my car.
I left feeling like I can’t imagine buying a car from anyone else. That is the level of customer service and salesmanship that Edwin Martinez possesses. And to top it off once I picked my car Edwin worked really hard to get me the BEST deal possible. And I know it was the best deal possible because I called several other dealerships to see if they could beat the deal we were given. They all told us that Roger Beasley was basically giving us the car away for free and that they couldn’t believe we got such a good deal. I am now a customer for life. I loved shopping with Roger Beasley Mazda Central and I strongly encourage anyone who is vehicle shopping to at least go check them out. Ask for Edwin and tell him I sent you!

I bought my third Mazda from this dealership and have had a good experience. This last Mazda I purchased, Mazda 3, my salesman was Wayne. Wayne has been THE best salesman I have worked with at any dealership. He is not pushy in any way. Tells you everything about the car and works with you through out the process. Thanks again Wayne!

RBMC made my first car buying experience easy and painless. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, informative, and patient with my decision. They offered competitive prices and honestly believed in the quality of their vehicles.

I made my initial request for a bid via the internet and received a very prompt and low pressure response. I was assigned Michael Huddleston as a salesperson, and he was very knowledgeable, informative and polite. He seemed more excited about my new car than I was! If it hadn’t been for dealing with a Release of Lien issue with my credit union, I would have been in and out of there in 2.5 hours. Resolving the issue with my credit union took an additional hour — and the staff and Roger Beasley bent over backwards to help me get the credit union what they needed. Overall, I was very pleased. They’ve even got me excited about regular maintenance ;)

Horrible customer service. The individual didn’t know a single thing about the vehicle that I had been speaking with him over the phone about.
The car facts didn’t have any information on the car. There were too many defects on it and he kept arguing and saying he had an infinity that looked like that… Sir you work at Mazda. You cannot compare it to an infinity.
He was very rude and told us that we should go think about it before I had finished looking at the car that I could possibly pay 24 grand on.
Just horrible customer service

My experience at Roger Beasley Mazda Central has turned out to be the best car buying experience that I have ever had. I would like to thank Rusty Stine, Sonny Naser and landry neely for helping me to understand how to purchase a car.
At first I thought all was not well with my purchase but I later found out that everything is A-​OK with my deal… we have since then corrected all problems with the purchase and I am now statisfied with my decision.
I do feel that Mazda should have XM radio on all of their cars… I feel that the united states people are very spoiled as far as radio and they are use to having what they desire with their purshases. I do hope that in the near future that the company decides to make sure that everyone that buys a Mazda vehicle has XM radio.
I would like to add to this statement that Sonny and his coworker’s knowledge expecially helped me to understand the car buying experience and my decision to make a purchase was very easy with their assistance.
I will have to say that I have recieved absolutely excellent service and I think the pricing was on point. I can’t wait to come back for my next vehicle!

I just bought my first new car ever, a 2016 Mazda MX-​5 from this dealership. I had previously bought a used Mercedes there and received absolutely excellent service, so much so I wrote to the GM praising his team, and thus my expectations were very high.
As a motor sport guy, I was eagerly anticipating this new model, and went in as early as the beginning of July to get info. I met a new young salesperson called John «Landry» Neely. He was instantly responsive to the fact he was working with a car enthusiast and tailored the conversation appropriately, and I’d assume he’d adapt with qual alacrity to other kidns of customers and their questions
I ended up reviewing the build sheets for the cars RBM had pre-​ordered, and then putting a deposit on one that was exactly the specs I wanted. Landry kept me informed by email as the car was built, shipped and arrived in the USA.
I’ve had similarly excellent service in the past when buying parts for an old MX-​5 I had, and in the service department and finance … I took a loan RBM arranged loans for both cars over other finance choices.
I thoroughly recommend these folks, and also Mazda products … if you’re not familiar with them, their cars have excellent engineering, good ergonomics unlike most Japanese brands, and the fit and finish is German quality.

It had been 13 years since I bought a car and it was time. I had starting seeing the Mazda 3 Hatchbacks around and decided to test drive one this past Monday. I made my initial inquiry online and then was assigned a salesperson. My work day freed up early and I went in that afternoon.
Wayne was my sales rep and he was easygoing and personable. We went for a test drive and they jotted down a quick offer for the car and my trade and I left. I called the next day with a counter offer and had an email on Wednesday morning saying they had met my offer.
I went in to do the loan paperwork (most of the information for which Wayne took over the phone) so I was only in the dealership for about 2 hours. Sure, it was about an hour longer than I wanted to wait but given that the finance folks hadn’t had my information all that long, it’s not too bad.
No one was pushy or overzealous and I drove out with my new car 2 days after test driving it. I think sometimes we make things overly complicated. Both the dealer and the buyer but my experience was really painless and I love my new whip!

Pretty sad that the reason I refuse to come back for purchases with Mazda is based on the fact that Mazda has one of the worst groups of Sales/​Service techs available. When I purchased my truck from Mazda years ago (2 – 3) I encountered noting but problems with the service team due to Sales not having my paperwork in order and showing I paid for services that were never seen in the system. I had to bring in my original documents to PROVE what I had paid for each service visit.
Now the reason I am writing this is that this afternoon I have been calling on behalf of my Mother to try and pick up her car from the service department as well as get a status of when it will be ready. I HAVE BEEN FORWAREDED BACK TO THE FRONT DESK TWICE AND PLACED ON A SILENT HOLD. I decided to call back and speak to a manager in the Sales Department and managed to obtain his voice mail. Sooo it seems that Mazda abandons ship at 12pm, or is it that nobody is available to answer calls at all. Mazda is no different than any other Mom and Pop car sales shop, and I’m sure service will be better with them anyways with the higher interest rates.
You really have one crappy deal, from start to finish at Mazda, and it has not changed at ALL since I left this place. And to add to it, your sales sharks only seem to look for a dollar and have no respect when someone comes in to ask for additional questions on an already «completed sale» by another sales person. It makes me sick to walk into your doors every time I HAVE to.

I can not stand this place. I’ve been debating to write a review and today I just had to let people know. I bought two Mazda 3 in July and my experience was awful. I had a really good sales person until the pressure was on and the managers were trying to make me a deal for two cars. I spent about 17+ hours in this dealership and maybe was with my sales person or a manager for 3 hours of the time. It is CRAZY how they make you wait for hours and hours to buy a car. Our credit immediately got approved; it’s not like they had to talk to the banks to get us approved… We were approved for both cars! What’s the hold up!
I think they didn’t have the cars there and were just trying to play games. Anywho, we finally made the deal and I was just happy to be out of there. Urg! Then I had to go back because they gave us the wrong spare key to one of the cars! And one of the cars had a bad tire and it had to be replaced! Why would you send someone out (when it’s raining; in a brand new car) with a BAD tire!
Brandon is this guy who I would say is the «nice cop» because he doesn’t show any frustration or anger throughout a car buying process unlike our sales person. However, even though he keeps cool, calm and collected he can’t give the best customer service because he’s being pulled in so many directions. It’s like this locations needs more managers OR the other managers need to step up and help out others that are busy because it really effects business.
Unfortunately, one of my new Mazda 3s went swimming in the recent flood we had in Kyle. Even with the previous experience I decided to give them another chance, but this time I would deal with Brandon. I called him and told him what happened and that we wanted the same car, he didn’t have much time to help me over the phone. I was only trying to figure out if they even had a car that would fit our needs so I didn’t drive an hour and then nothing was there. He didn’t have time and rushed me off the phone. I emailed him a picture of the car we found online and asked if he could check on it… Didn’t hear anything back in 5 hours so I decided to call. I had to call multiple times and here I am already getting frustrated with the buying process and I’m not even there. I’m glad that I’m seeing that they haven’t changed so I can just go to another dealership.
I am giving this review two stars because I love my Mazda and would highly recommend this car! However, this dealership isn’t something I could recommend. I will be on the look out for another Mazda dealership this weekend and hop that I can share that experience with y’all!

I purchased a Mazda at Roger Beasley Central and I loved my sales person Isaac Eason. He was so patient and informative. The car I really wanted was in Killeen, So Isaac drove to Killeen and got it for me. He has made the stress of car buying a pleasure. I will be asking for Isaac when it comes time to buy another car.

I’ve been slowly researching a new car purchase for about 9 months, and in that time, I’ve visited a lot of dealerships around Austin and San Antonio, and I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with pushy sales force, inaccurate advertisements, and outright lies. But I can honestly say that Roger Beasly Mazda Central was the best of them all. I was always treated fairly, they always had time for me (despite my lengthy research phase.) Their hours of operation were better then anyone else’s (which is important when your juggling kids and a job,) and their selection of vehicles was excellent.
In the end, the best evidence of their excellence I can give, is that I felt comfortable enough to buy my new car from them (I’m the proud owner of a new Mazda6.) I’m looking forward to evaluating the service department side of the organization in the future.

You know how in the State Farm commercials, someone sings a jingle and a helpful agent pops up out of nowhere? Yeah, I thought I had somehow walked onto the set of one of those commercials.
But better.
Because I didn’t have to sing. The moment I got out of my car, a lovely representative by the name of Mr. Isaac Eason had appeared from seemingly nowhere and made me feel welcome. Wow. You, sir, are already way better than other dealership people who let me just aimlessly wander around for 5min before approaching me.
Anyway, I’ve been researching cars for about two months now and decided I’d see if I could test drive them (without an appointment – sorry). Well, I explained that I just wanted to get a feel for the vehicles and wouldn’t be ready to commit to anything for another few months.
Unlike salespeople from other dealerships (ahem. You know who you are… I hope), Mr. Isaac was totally accommodating. He didn’t seem put-​off that I wouldn’t be buying immediately. He wasn’t pushy. He wasn’t incredulous at the idea that I’d actually be doing something called research before buying. He wasn’t trying to sell anything. It seemed as if he were there just for the ride and any questions I might have.
Which is absolutely AMAZING.
Other dealerships seemed to think that I knew absolutely nothing about the cars I was driving and would pretty much parrot at me everything I had already learned about the car from online… even though I had already informed them I did my research. And/​or thought they could appeal to my millennial heart of wanting the latest technology by telling me everything about the options and features but nothing about the car itself. Yes, I DO like fancy gadgets and gizmos and whatnot, but most of the time in the car will be spent feeling the car and how it drives – not how the speakers can bust my eardrums or how warm my butt can get from seat warmers.
And this dealership understood that concept of letting the car speak for itself instead of trying to sell car by focusing on the features.
Mr. Isaac felt like the cool uncle knowledgeable in all things vehicle-​related that you’d ask to go to dealerships to test drive cars with you because he sincerely wants to just help you find your perfect car.

Bottom line: I don’t even know if I’ll end up getting a Mazda (sorry, the Jetta is just as appealing as the Mazda), but the service here was so fantastic that I feel guilty for even harboring the thought of not getting a vehicle from here. Hahah!

I come here for service on my Hyundai’s I bought from Roger Beasley Hyundai in Kyle. I was convinced to purchase the service plan for oil changes… I wish I wouldn’t have… You make an appointment for a specific time yet it takes them an hour to get to the oil change. As of now I’ve been here for two hours and counting… Really?!? I work with numerous auto facilities around town and I can say with certainty this is just plain silly and a waste of time. Save your money and don’t do the dealership thing for service unless you have to.
Update: The service manager called me and was very apologetic regarding the lack luster service received during my last visit. This shows me that RB does care about customer satisfaction and it’s because of that care I’ll be back for service. RB, thank you for being the bigger person here.

What is the point of having an appointment if it’s takes over an hour and a half to complete a 20 minute car inspection?
Edit: I very much appreciated that the employees acknowledged the outrageous wait time and comped my inspection costs as well as an oil change for a future visit. My hope is that things go much smoother next time. Thank you!
