I went there to get a prescription for my contact lenses. I liked Dr. Ross because he was very modest and sincere, yet knew what he was doing and seemed to have strong opinion and belief in what he think is good for eyes.
I LOVED the lady who took care of the contact lenses and insurance matter at Eye Institute of Austin. She was very nice and extremely helpful. You will know what I mean when you meet her. Her name should be in big lights with stars around them!
