Bernard was wonderful! Prompt, polite, friendly and reasonably priced. I felt that he was honest and would definitely call again. He cleaned up after himself and even behind my fridge after working on it.

Bernard has been to our house a few times to fix our washer and dryer over the years. He’s always done a great job but we just weren’t sure about getting our 17 year old washer fixed one more time. We called Bernard out today after I thought I had exhausted all my troubleshooting know-​how on why our washer would not start. He came out, checked the power by the washer, and duh, the breaker had been tripped on the washer. He suggested we get a non-​contact voltage tester (about $ 20 at Home Depot) just in case this happens again and charged us $ 0. I can’t say enough nice things about Bernard’s service and today’s service was beyond excellent since he taught me something to check so if the washer won’t start again, I can probably «fix» the issue myself!
