Eek! Methings not. Those words are the epitome of my experience with this agent. [I’m not saying ALL Farmer’s insurance agents are the same. Shelley Hardee and her staff gets a 1 star.] If you can get them to answer their phone, this staff member will want to get off the phone very quickly and she’ll say she’ll call you back or email… and won’t. When you call her for the third time asking where it is, she will blame it on you that it was sent and tell you to check your spam folder.(I checked, not in spam folder). They will never call you back if you leave a voicemail(«Oh I was JUST about to call you back!»). They will never respond if you write an email. Expect to at least call or show up to their office to watch them do what you’ve requested multiple times over several weeks. The hours are 9a-5p but the staff is gone at lunch time(no one answers) and long gone around 3pm and Shelley is in/out of the office frequently. If you can get someone on the phone, this is your marginally lucky day. I just didn’t want to take the risk that when I actually do need to make a claim with them, my calls go completely unanswered. I also didn’t want to take a risk that when something bad happens, they say…“oops.” So I switched. And they could care less.
