First impressions are always important. Tried to call for a quote and got transferred around and they seemed almost as if no one had ever called them for this information even though their website encourages you to do so. I told the initial person I was calling for a quote and they had to transfer me to Tyler who had no desire to be helpful and acted as though me calling him for a quote on shredding services was absurd.
