Simply Spacial Organizing

Erin is amazing. I’ve worked with 2 other organizers over the years before finding Erin at Simply Spacial. She’s absolutely the best. She has magical influence powers and you’ll be happily purging stuff you never thought you would have. She is great at understanding who you are and how to implement systems that will work for you to actually maintain. She’s not at all pushy or judgy like the prior organizers with whom I have worked.

Used Simply Spacial to assist with unpacking my home, setting up my home office and organizing numerous rooms, closets and cabinets. I wish Erin could come regularly to keep me and my spaces organized!!! Wonderful experience working with them.

Kim and her team are amazing. We combined two households, moved into a smaller place, started another business, and had a baby.
We went from having our spices in alphabetical order to sniffing clothes to see if they were clean before Kim helped us dig out and create systems to stay dug out.
After hitting a glitch, she came out to watch how we worked and played and gave us just the right recommendations to help us correct, adjust and stabilize our environment.

Kim and her team are awesome! I just moved into a new house, and was completely overwhelmed. Between work demands and 2 small kids, I couldn’t figure out how I was going to ever conquer my new house. There is NO storage in the house, and I was paralyzed just thinking about it. I hired Kim and her team to organize my kitchen, master bathroom and master closet.
First, Kim was very professional and very prompt about emailing and calling, which I really appreciated.
I’m renting my house, so I don’t want to spend a lot of money on making it nice, but I need it to be functional. She completely understood and created many terrific «systems» to work in my «storage challenged» home! The process was 3 part: 1) talk to Kim on the phone about what you need. She figures out who to bring on her team, based on skills and availability. 2) They come out and map everything out, and leave you with a shopping list to go buy all the organizational products you’ll need. 3) They come out and put everything away. They also will do handyman work including installing racks, storage units, etc… That’s it! It’s that simple!
When they leave, they leave you feeling soooo much better, and if there are any additional outstanding items, I know now that I can conquer them with my list that Kim left behind!
They are worth every penny!!!

Simply Spacial is awesome! Within days of moving into our home, Kim and her team had organized dozens of boxes of books, our entire kitchen, several closets, our laundry room and our dining room. I especially appreciated her ability to listen to what we needed and her capacity to custom tailor a solution to meet our needs. For example, she found 4 people, most book lovers, to accomplish the library project. Six hardworking hours later, books that had previously been a hopeless mishmash were categorized, alphabetized, and shelved. She rotated organizers in and out of the book area to manage the kitchen organization project, and the kitchen has a far better system now than any I have been able to dream up on my own. After two days with Kim and her team, I am so happy to spend time in the spaces she touched. She and her team made our home so much more pleasant. Hire her!

HOLY CRAP! — That was my thoughts on the utter disarray of my house before hiring Kim of Simply Spacial. I’ve never really had much for systems of maintaining organization. Most of the time it was a «well, this can fit in here» or «I’ll just set this here and come back to it later». When «later» did come it was usually in the form of a frantic explosion of annoyance, frustration, and feeling overwhelmed. Thankfully Kim was able to bring my «system» of sorting into piles throughout the house to a hault and helped create a more harmonious feeling throughout my house! I purchased the 3 hr/​week for a month package and by the end of it, through her gentle guidance and ability to motivate, we were able to come up with a plan to tackle the clutter, find a place for everything (including in the trash or donate bin), and produce a game plan to continue my new-​found organization. If it wasn’t for Kim, I would still be feeling mentally cluttered instead of a this grounded, serene, clarity I’ve found in reclaiming my space. Thanks so much Kim! I’d give you 10 stars if I could!

Let’s face it, you have stuff. Lots of stuff. And it’s not organized, despite those late night promises you make to yourself every Friday night. The solution? Hire Kim of Simply Spacial! I personally signed up for the 12 hour plan since I have a problem with self motivation, and I know it…
After the formalities are out of the way, Kim is ready to get to work. She uses the divide and conquer method — attack the huge pile/​cluttered area/​dysfunctional room until every last thing is grouped into boxes by category and out in the open. Next is decision time for you — what to keep, what to toss, what to sell, what to donate… Fortunately for me, Kim is helpful in this process as I have a tendency to hold on to things. At the same time, she doesn’t pressure you to get rid of things you aren’t quite ready to part with, so stress levels stay low. The best part is you can see your spaces being reclaimed before your very eyes! Kim helps you create a system that makes sense and is sustainable.
I really like the way Kim keeps things moving, and her positive attitude makes the whole process a pleasure.

I was moving and really in over my head. Kim was able to get Julie out on super short notice and wow… Julie was amazing! She took great care in packing and keeping everything on track. I could not have pulled off the move without her. Kudos!

Kim is an excellent organizer and completely trustworthy. She has helped me in my home organizing papers, bills, documents for a civil claim, and mountains of boxes and other items. She is totally trustworthy and I’ve left her in my home alone. She also loves to get things done and she makes sure that every minute spent with her is worth what you are paying. She is focused and competent, understanding intuitively what needs to get done first and how to progress with any project. Kim helped me on a couple of occasions to organize different areas of my house. What seemed like an insurmountable problem turned into something fun and easy, as she helped me sort, organize and purge all the stuff that was bogging me down and keeping me from being able to enjoy my home. When we were done, we had worked out a basic system that made it easy to find where things belong. I also learned techniques from her that helped me organize other parts of my home and work. I would highly recommend Kim for any organizing project.

Kim, the owner, is amazing! She really understands your needs and is willing to work with you to REGAIN YOUR SPACE and make sure you have systems in place to make sure you’ll never be overwhelmed in your house/​office/​etc. again. I am so grateful to her, I really felt like my space was so chaotic before she came in and helped me. SO THANK YOU KIM! Best money I’ve spent in a LONG time.

Kim, the owner, was able to find the best organizer for my style, project and timeline. She sent Juile to help me tackle a re-​org of two children’s bedrooms and closet. Just knowing I was paying someone to help got me motivated to start the project before she even came. That was perfect timing with Julie since I am poor at finishing a project. She encouraged me and we both got organizing. It is amazing what can be done with just three hours of help.
