A terrible experience here. To make a long story short: I had an urgent printing need here, which was evident. However, just before printing they said that there is a $ 10 minimum. My job costed $ 2. Without groveling, I asked if there were any exceptions as this was urgent. The front desk said there was nothing that could be done, that this was the owner’s policy. In a delicious twist of irony, the owner was in the adjacent room on the computer sitting idly indifferent to my needs and not interested in offering an explanation.
In short, an atrocious experience.
